This repair service is awful. Despite their already poor rating, I was forced to use this company through my home warranty company. It took them 4 visits (4 days missing work for me) to “fix” a dryer, which ultimately broke again a month later before being actually repaired by another provider at my request.Currently I am dealing with a refrigerator issue and again it has taken them multiple visits to diagnose the issue…it’s been almost 3 full weeks. A week ago, the tech came to the house to replace the compressor and I requested that he wear an N95 mask while in the house because my wife and daughter, both of whom are immune deficient, were home at the time. I even offered to provide the mask to him if he didn’t have one available. He refused, said he’d rather someone else do the repair and walked away.Since then, they have jerked me around daily. I’ve called every day to see when a different tech can come out and every time I’m told they need to coordinate with the scheduler and

We had been very pleased with Mosher and recommended them to so many people. I will not being doing this anymore. Actually now I will tell any and everyone about this. We have been with them at least 18 years. We received a letter in the mail last week basically firing us telling us to go elsewhere. I am so disappointed and frankly pissed off. This is so unprofessional. A phone call would have been nice. Or when my husband had a meeting with Ken a few months back it would have been nice for him to tell him face to face so we would have had time to find a Cpa who could deal with all of our Financials. We heard that some guy Spencer has taken over running it.... well if this is how he is running things.... it will soon be run in the ground. Go elsewhere folks. No loyalty here for long time customers

We hired this company through a referral. We paid the fee and extra for extra services that we were told were acceptable. After the event we were told all the money that we made at the bar was stuck in a account. We were told that they had no access to the money and we messed up on the account. It has been over a month now of us trying to get the money we made at the bar that night. They refuse to release the money. We sent bank statements proving we never received the money we have done all we can. This is bad business.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!11 days to paint the interior of a 2500 sq ft house?Experience was a terrible.Painters were unreliable in that they would not show up for work. Sometimes 1 would come, other times none, other times 3 - you never knew who was going to show up or if any at all would show.Very unprofessional job done. Not enough coats with previous color showing through in many places, borders between wall, ceiling and crown molding looks like it was done by a kid who has yet to learn to color within the lines. Paint splatter on floors, fixtures, carpet that was not cleaned up.Painters were not given the proper tools (brushes) to do detail work resulting in a job that I now have hired someone else to come in and fix.Supervision of painters was non-existent and since none spoke English it was difficult to ask them to do things the right way or understand our comments.
